Dr. Mulak has practiced personal injury and motor vehicle accident chiropractic in Rhode Island for more than 24 years — founding Cityside Chiropractic with a single focus: objective injury documentation and treatment for car accident and PI patients. He is Expert Witness Qualified through Cleveland University, serves as Rhode Island's ACA State Delegate, and is the author of The Objective Injury Model: A Plaintiff Attorney's Guide to Objective Documentation in Motor Vehicle Injury Cases.
Veronica has been the operational foundation of Cityside Chiropractic for 15 years — managing both the Providence and Cranston offices with the experience and institutional knowledge that only comes from a decade and a half of PI-focused practice management. She coordinates attorney communication, manages lien documentation, and ensures that every patient moving through the practice receives consistent, organized, and timely care from the first call through case close. If you have a question about your case, your paperwork, or your appointments — Veronica is your first call.

Rubi has been a member of the Cityside Chiropractic team for four years — serving as the first point of contact for new patients calling after a car accident or personal injury event. She coordinates same-day scheduling, assists with new patient intake, and ensures that every patient — regardless of language — feels informed and supported from their very first interaction with our office.

Katie works directly alongside Dr. Mulak during patient evaluations — assisting with objective testing, clinical documentation, and patient preparation at both the Providence and Cranston offices.
