Origin Story
"I watched a chiropractor give my mother her life back after a car accident. That is why, twenty years later, I run a practice dedicated exclusively to personal injury cases and why I do not do anything else."
Cityside Chiropractic in Cranston and Providence, Rhode Island, exists for one purpose: to document, treat, and advocate for patients injured in accidents. Not general chiropractic. Not wellness care. Every system, every technology, and every protocol in my practice is built for PI and MVA cases.
Dr. Mulak holds board diplomate status in both sports chiropractic (DACBSP) and rehabilitation (DACRB), along with a Diplomate in Integrative Pain Management (DAIPM) and registration in musculoskeletal sonography (RMSK), allowing diagnostic ultrasound imaging in-office on the day of examination.
He is an Expert Witness and Documentation Qualified, Forensic Documentation trained, and Accident Reconstruction trained through Cleveland University Academy of Chiropractic. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Compliance from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Trauma-qualified and MRI-qualified. Deposed without adverse outcome.
